Apple has officially started to sell refurbished 12.9-inch iPad Pro through its own online store. The company is offering up to 15 percent discount for the refurbished devices. The 32 GB WiFi variant is sold at 679 USD, which is 120 USD less than its cost price of 799 USD. This model is available in Silver, Gold and Space Grey color options. The 128 GB WiFi variant is offered at a discount of 140 USD and is available at similar color variants. It features a cost price of 949 USD and is being sold at 809 USD. The last variant available is the 128 GB WiFi + Cellular version which is selling for 919 USD. This is 160 USD less than its retail price of 1079 USD.

The 9.7-inch variant of the iPad Pro is still not available at the refurbished store. This is normal as the device just went on sale from March this year. While it may seem that the prices are higher than some of the discounted rates offered by third party sellers, these iPads come fully tested and certified by Apple. The company also provides a complete one-year warranty on the refurbished devices.

Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch Specs

Apple started selling the 12.9-inch iPad Pro almost ten months ago on November last year. The large iPad sports a huge 12.9-inch IPS LCD display backlit by LED. The screen boasts a resolution of 2048 x 2732 with a resultant pixel density of 264 pixels per inch. The multi-touch capable display is protected by an undisclosed scratch resistant glass and comes with oleo phobic coating.

The iPad Pro is powered by Apple’s custom designed 64-bit A9X SoC. The processor has two Twister cores clocked at 2.26 GHz each. A twelve-core 7^th Series Power VR runs the graphics of this device. The tablet comes with 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB or 128 GB storage options. The device runs Apple’s own iOS 9.3.3 operating system.

An 8 MP autofocus camera sits at the back of the tablet. The camera can shoot 1080p videos at 30 fps and also capable of recording slow motion videos of 720p resolution at 120 fps. The front camera is a 1.2 MP unit with support for 720p video recording at 30 fps.

The iPad Pro comes with dual-band 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC and lightning connector. The cellular version of the tablet also sports 4G LTE support along with a GPS chip. A gigantic 10,307mAh battery juices up the device.
