iPhone 6S battery issue bigger than expected says Apple

Recently, the iPhone 6S had a problem. It used to shutdown unexpectedly and abruptly annoying the users and leaving them in anger. Finally, the company declared an exchange last month for faulty devices. Have the users taken a sign of relief? Apple announced this Tuesday that the problem may take more time than expected to solve and the issue is much bigger than they thought. These issues are related only to those phones that are manufactured after September or October of the previous year.

“A petite number of users outside the range of affected devices have also stated a surprising shutdown,” mentioned one of the iPhone manufacturers. Apple observed that some phones shut down under normal circumstances for the iPhone to guard its electronic system. And that is in true sense a normal phenomenon. Apple stated that it would be launching a software revise next week to acquire more data. It is also discovering a potential software repair which would be installed in the future version of iOS.

Apple also confirmed and assured that the issue does not pose any risk to the safety of the data. Users, at least on this news, are free from the dilemma.

For now, Apple has refused to give any information regarding the number of phones that are affected or if the issue resides in other devices such as the iPhone 6S Plus as well.

Apple, a leading contender in the market of smartphone, will surely fix this problem. It has been the record of the company that it always provides quality service and this time, too, it will be nothing different. By taking care of its customers, Apple has till date proved itself to be the best among all and we hope it will continue to do so in future too. It is just a matter of time…
