Find the storage details of Dropbox

Dropbox is a service that is used to manage multiple accounts. It also has the ability to store the data. But do you know how to find the amount of storage memory that your account has. Well, if you are not aware of how to find this, then do not worry. Here are ways as to how it is done.

On Windows

  • Assuming you have the Dropbox application installed, find the icon in the system tray.
  • Click the icon to run the software.
  • Once you click, you will get a view of the most recent files.
  • Tap the Setting icon present in the upper right corner.
  • Once you do this, the info is displayed right there.
  • The first item itself shows the amount of storage that is remaining (in percentage)

On Mac

  • Finding out the memory on Mac is much easier than Windows.
  • Simply click the Dropbox icon in the menu bar.
  • Once you click it, you will get a drop down list.
  • Tap the Setting icon present in the upper right corner.
  • The first item shows the amount of storage that is remaining (in percentage).

On Android

  • Open the Dropbox app on your Android device.
  • Tap the Setting icon present in the upper left corner.
  • Here the Setting icon is shown as hamburger and not gear.
  • The storage information is present right at the top.

On iOS

  • Most of the time, iOS apps and Android apps works the same.
  • But this is not the case with Dropbox.
  • Open the app in your iPhone.
  • Click on the Recent option.
  • From the Recent pages, click the Setting icon present in the upper left corner.
  • The second option in the Settings panel shows the amount of storage that is remaining (in percentage).
