Apple iPhone 7 rumors say it will feature top-to-bottom display
Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL)- A new video has surfaced online showcasing the upcoming iPhone 7 smartphone featuring a top-to-bottom display.
Apple released the iPhone 6S smartphone and iPhone 6S Plus phablet a month ago and rumors have been already flooding the web regarding the next generation of the line-up. The most solid assumptions -that have been backed by major media outlets- talk about Apple killing the home button, an Intel modem in the chipset, larger battery and a Sapphire display.

When it comes to Cupertino removing the home button, a video has followed up on the particular theory, showcasing how the iPhone 7 will look if it were to feature a display without a physical button placed on it. This type is called top-to-bottom screen and it still is unprecedented in the mobile tech scene. Hence, if Apple opts for this design strategy, it could be considered as a remarkable innovation for the industry.
The video was created by designer Marek Weidlich from the Czech Republic and it sure looks -at least- promising. Moreover, the person behind it shares his thoughts about potential specs and hardware features that we might see next year, including a 12-megapixel camera with 4K video capabilities, a plastic strip on the back for enhanced grip – a gimmick that would improve the hardware’s ergonomy- and software buttons which will supplant the former iconic home button.
Apple is not known to divulge or tease its fanbase with info referring to any of its upcoming devices, though there is a selection of sources out there whose intel is phenomenally accurate. The most precise pieces of information usually emerge a month or two prior to the release of the respective product.
