Microsoft Corporation, (NASDAQ: MSFT)- Information regarding the release date and specs of the Redmond’s giant upcoming Lumia 650 smartphone has been leaked.

Microsoft was among the most trending companies during this month duly to its remarkable event that took place in New York on October 6th. Though, it is speculated that the Redmond-based corporation will be refreshing its mid-range portfolio in the coming months as well. Lumia 650 possible specs and release date?

Rubino’s sources suggest that the Lumia 650 will sport a 5-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display- we expect it to feature HD 720p resolution.

Underneath the hood, the device will pack Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor, housing four Cortex A53 at clocked 1.2GHz per core, 32 and 64-bit capable, coupled with Adreno 306 GPU. We also estimate a RAM of 1GB. A 5-megapixel selfie camera will be reportedly included on the front as well.

Moreover, the smartphone will be powered by Microsoft’s Windows 10 Mobile operating system.

The Lumia 650 is expected to be released sometime during February at a price range similar to its predecessor, the Lumia 640, approximately US$180 tops. Rubino assumes that the device won’t cause any sort of enthusiasm when it hits the market.

February is four months ahead, hence there is plenty of time for new leaks of the device to emerge on the web. The info at hand is negligible to draw a conclusion regarding Microsoft’s next mid-range smartphone.
